Officers were called late on Sunday afternoon in the area of the Arlington County Trades Center, where there were reports of man who exposed himself outside of a business in front of a woman.
A responding officer spotted the suspect, Dejuan Douglas, at the scene and made contact with him, though Douglas ignored commands and fled the area on foot.
Police say that the officer again found him in the 2800 block of South Quincy Street, issued additional commands that were ignored, at which point the officer deployed his Taser and took him into custody.
Douglas was arrested and charged with public masturbation and obstruction of justice. He is being held without bond.
